the drive in

we have a family movie night every weekend. but we decided to change it up a few weeks ago and we headed to the drive in to see 'Cars 2.' (we had just watched the first 'Cars' a few days earlier.) it was a perfect night....just chilly enough to maybe need a blanket. we grabbed sandwiches and a big bag of popcorn to take with us and got all snuggled up in the back of the swaggin' wagon...

it was a fun family night and a very cute movie. it did make for a late late night...the first movie doesn't start until about 8:30pm and we of course don't even stay for the second movie. but we will be carrying this tradition on every year. :)
